The place was quite clean and had a nice design. the staff were friendly and polite, which was a plus. the service was top-notch, just what we were hoping for. the location was incredible, super close to the Town Centre - it was just what we needed! 🌟

Clean place & attentive and helpful staff with very nice service. A wonderful area, particularly good location adjacent to Garden, restaurant and the Knysna Heads, golf courses. Besides, easy to get to African Crafts Market.

I recommend the place; the pool area was nice. the location was incredible, with a short walk to the Quays, Waterfront, Thesen Island, Knysna, and the beach. the beds were great, and the room was family-friendly with a shared balcony and separate bedroom, which was nice.

This place had a great location, close to where the taxis for the Knysna marathon depart, and there was a restaurant nearby. It was also just 3 km away from Steenbok Nature Reserve 🌿. the breakfast served here was good, and the overall food quality was decent.

Hotel with conference facilities and therefore with functional equipment. The hotel is spacious but with good acoustics. Equipment flawless, but the african flair does not want to adjust itself properly.

everything was perfect, extremely friendly staff made our stay very nice. booked a room with lovely views onto the lake. that hotel was in a great location, close to the the beach. and we were short walk to the waterside and the taxis leaving for knysna marathon and restaurants or basically anywhere in knysna.

The hotel is beautifully located directly on the waterfront and is spacious and very attractive. In a few minutes you are at the Waterfront of Knysna and the staff was remarkably friendly, very helpful and always approachable.
